We have chosen 3 families from each region of Peru to create this blend for espresso or coffee. Producers who have between 2 and 3 hectares of production per year and offer you limited editions.
Mario Delgado, originally from Cusco, Huayopata. He is 62 years old and has been producing specialty coffee for 10 years.
Yimi Espinoza, from Pasco, Pozuzo. Central Peruvian jungle.
Lurdes Cordova, from Cajamarca, El Huabal. Northern Peru.
Place of origin: La Convención, Huayopata, Cusco, Pasco and Cajamarca. Peru.
Size of the plantation: 2 – 7 hectares.
Production method: Wet process, Wash
Coffee variety: 100% Arabica, Bourbon, Limani and Typica
Altitude: 1650 – 1800m.
Aromas: Chocolate, caramel, tangerine, red fruit.
Ideal for espresso and coffee.
